Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev received on Wednesday European Union’s special envoy on Nagorno-Karabakh, Heikki Talvitie, Trend reports.
During the meeting the sides discusses a wide specter of issues concerning the resolution of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh, the forthcoming parliamentary elections, cooperation between Azerbaijan and the EU.
