In January to September of 2005 the public budget incomes comprised 6.23trln manats (17.4% of the GDP) and expenses 6.29trln manats (17.6% of the GDP), while the deficit was 62.3bn manats (0.1% of GDP).

In this period the Taxes Ministry remitted 4.36trln manats to the public budget, over-fulfilling the forecasts 100.4%. The remittances by the State Customs Committee comprised 1.16bn manats, or 8.3% up the forecasts.

The public budget incomes were over-fulfilled except the royalties and simplified tax. In particular, income and profit taxes were executed by 218.3bn manats.
