“On 6 November two observers of the OSCE followed the course of the voting in reformatory 2,” Isa Kazimov, the head of the reformatory, told Trend.
“The voting started at 8.00am. We have 800 prisoners and 25% of them have voted. Taking into consideration that the voting will last till 20.00pm, it is a good figure,” he noted.
Kazimov also excluded any pressure upon the prisoners during the voting. “There are members of the Central Election Committee and 12 people from different organizations, who can confirm this,” he underlined.
