The chairman of the Constitutional Court (CC) of the Azerbaijan Republic Farhad Abdullayev left for Moscow to take part in the VIII international forum, the CC chairman assistant Saribey Ibragimov told Trend.
The forum was held on the initiative of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. Among the forum’s participants were also representatives of the CC of CIS countries, Czechia, Germany, Poland, Canada, Croatia, France and other countries, experts, including officials from the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe.
Exchange of views among the forum’s participants on application of the European Court on Human Rights rulings by the Constitutional Courts of various European countries took place.
