Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev issued a decree on Wednesday to award employees of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan. 4 employees were awarded orders of Istiglal (Independence), 17 вЂ" Shohret (Fame), 37 вЂ" medal of Tereggi (Progress).
Besides, under the decree, 21 employees of the National Academy of Sciences were awarded honorary titles вЂ�Honorary Scientific Figure’, 5 вЂ" вЂ�Honorary Engineer’, 1 вЂ" вЂ�Honorary teacher’, 4 вЂ" вЂ�Honorary Culture Figure’.
In accordance with another decree by the Azerbaijani President, 10 employees of the National Academy of Sciences will receive presidential scholarships.
