The chairman of the Consultative Council of pro-governmental parties, Mammad Alizade, will participate in the by-elections, Trend reports.
Alizade avoided disclosing the reasons for non-participation in the by-elections, but said that he would direct all his activities of the Consultative Council and parties, representatives in the organization. Noting the participation of leaders of over 10 parties entering the Council in the by-elections, Alizade stressed that they would shortly define the constituencies they will ballot from.
