The Azerbaijani President signed on Tuesday a decree on cessation of the activities of the judge of the Nizami District Court of Baku Vilayat Nadirov, ahead of schedule, Trend reports.
Guided by Articles 32 and 109 of the Constitution of Azerbaijan, the head of state decreed that taking into consideration the Regulation of the Court-Law Council, the office duties of Vilayat Nadirov is ceased ahead of term due to repeated gross violation of the legislation while considering the lawsuits.
