In case the National Democratic Party of Azerbaijan (NDPA) is not registered, pickets will be held in front of the Justice Ministry building, the NDPA chairman Iskender Hamidov told Trend.
Hamidov also said, the documents for registration are prepared and submitted to the above-mentioned Ministry anew. The NDPA chairman said also, in respect with the issue NDPA has brought an action against the Ministry of Justice. However, neither the Yasamal district court, nor the Court of Appeal accepted the suit. Although NDPA appealed to the Supreme Court, no response is received so far.
