Two independent candidates from Musavat party receive week warning for joining re-run electons

Two members of Musavat party Tahir Pasha and Gurban Gurbanov can be excluded from the party for their partcioation in the re-run elections indepdenetly, Mehman Javadoglu, the deputy chairman of Musavat, told Trend.

Javadoglu also announced that the participation of these people in the re-run elections without permission of the partys leadership and reasons for refusal from recalling their candidacy in favor of the unified candidate is currently in search at the Sabayil district branch of the organization, where they are represented. The Divan (Assembly) of the party has appealed them. They receive a week to answer the appeal. They will lose membership at the party, unless recall their candidacies, he stressed.

Arif Hajili, another deputy chairman of Musavat, held talks last week with Tahir Pasha and Gurbanov to call them to refuse from participation in the re-run elections, but they yielded no results.
