Citizens eligible to participate in the re-run elections will receive the electoral IDs, the Central Elections Commission told at the press- conference on March 4, Trendreports.
The CEC member, Ramiz Ibrahimov told that last year on the Eve of the parliamentary elections of November 6, each voter has received the electoral papers, delivered directly to their homes. The IDs make each voter aware that his/her name is included into electoral lists. Thus, persons who did not receive the ID may address the polling station demanding for information on that matter. The similar procedure will be carried out on the re-run parliamentary elections Eve i.e. all voters will receive their IDs.
