Politics Materials 12 April 2006 17:54 (UTC +04:00)

Freezing of taxes and social payments to the broiler factories won` t affect the tax raising forecast for this budget year, the Tax minister, Fazil Mammedov told at the press-conference on April 12, Trend reports.

The given process does not decrease the tax debts or responsibilities. Tax freezing will be conducted in order to support the production

damaged by the bird flu virus outbreak.

The tax legislature allows tax payment delays in the force-major situations for up to 9 month. In the current case poultry manufacturers will be given a 3 month delay.

The ministry positively accepts this proposal, though the exact date of the tax holidays is not yet defined, the ministry said. The proposals will be included in the common plan of actions aimed to support the broiler breeders and farmers. Payment of compensation will also be considered, but it will depend on the type of poultry the facility has produced.
