A five-member Assembly delegation, headed by Leo Platvoet (Netherlands, UEL), will make a pre-electoral visit ahead of the 13 May partial re-run of the parliamentary elections, Trend reports citing official PACE website.
The parliamentarians will meet members of Azerbaijans delegation to the Assembly, the Chair of the Central Election Committee, the Prosecutor-General and the President of the Constitutional Court, as well as the Interior and Foreign Affairs Ministers and the President of the Republic.
The re-run parliamentary elections are due to take place in 10 electoral districts on May 13, 2006.
