The 5th plenary meeting of the South Caucasus Parliamentary Initiative started its work in Berlin on 9 May, the Milli Majlis told Trend.
Attending the gathering are MPs Siyavush Novruzov, Asim Mollazade, Mirkazim Kazimov, Arastun Javadov, Fuad Muradov and Zahid Oruj. The gathering will center on the general situation in the South Caucasus, cooperation of regional countries with the European organizations, prevention of conflicts.
During the organization it is planned to hold a conference on Globalization and its impact on South Caucasus. The conference will also center on exchange of opinions on impact of globalization on the political and public life of the region and environment.
The visit will end on 11 May.
