The Azerbaijani minister of emergency situations Kamaladdin Heydarov participates at the meeting of the emergency situations ministers and heads of the emergency services of Black Sea Organization for Economic Cooperation (BSOEC) member-countries in Sochi, Trend reports quoting the press-service of the Emergency Situations Ministry.
The meeting focuses on the issues of coordinating the joint activities with the emergency response in crisis situations.
Besides, the meeting covers the issues of financing the measures within the agreement between the governments of BSOEC member-countries on cooperation in the sphere of emergency help and response to the natural and man-caused disasters.
As a result of the meeting, it is planned to make a joint declaration of the rescue services of BSOEC member-countries (Azerbaijan, Albany, Armenia, Bulgaria, Greece, Georgia, Moldavia, Russia, Rumania, Turkey and Ukraine).
The meeting will be completed on June 7.
