According to the resolution of the Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan, it was conformed that the repeat parliamentary elections were conducted in a lawful manner, Trend reports with reference to the chairman of the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) Mazahir Panahov.
Except several unimportant complaints received by CEC, generally there is no dissatisfied result of elections. The Constitutional Court, as a supreme body, confirmed the accuracy of the results.
This resolution once again shows that the principles of legality and justice are always followed during the election held in Azerbaijan, told Panahov.
