Heydar Aliyev park building in Ankara Azeri Amb to Turkey

The Heydar Aliyev Park is being built in the Turkish capital Ankara, the Azerbaijani Ambassador to Turkey, Zakir Hashimov, told Trend.

He noted that a big park was being built in Heydar Aliyev forest. The school located near the park was named after Heydar Aliyev. This is a beautiful and good training institution. It was stated in the intergovernmental agreement that as long as Turkish republic lives, this school will take the name of Heydar Aliyev. Besides, a monument will be set up to Heydar Aliyev in the park. By the end of this year, the construction of the park will be completed. Then, the official opening ceremony of the park will be held, to which there will be invited guests from Azerbaijan and Turkey, told ambassador.

He also noted that by the end of the year a film library will be built at the Azerbaijani embassy in Ankara. We have a large Diaspora in Turkey. The representatives of culture and art work and the students study here. The establishment of the film library is that our compatriots could come and see Azeri films and listen to music. Besides, there will be created an opportunity for reading Azeri books. The auditorium may receive 100-150 people. The representatives of the diaspora may gather here during holidays and official dates, told Hashimov.
