On 16 June the Presidents of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, Ilham Aliyev and Nursultan Nazarbayev signed in Almaty a joint agreement on Support and Assistance to oil transportation from Kazakhstan to world market via the Caspian Sea and Azerbaijani territory through the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline, Trend special correspondent in Kazakhstan reports.
The discharge capacity of the pipeline is 50 million tons of oil a year. Kazakhstan can set up oil pumping even in 2007.
