The coins minted by the Polish Mint at the order of the National bank of Georgia on the occasion of the exploitation of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan main export oil pipeline, will be put for circulation in Georgia on 19 June, the National Bank of Georgia told Trend special correspondent.
Over the past period Georgia has used to fabricate jubilee coins in Poland dedicated to different events.
The President of the National Bank of Georgia, Roman Gotsiridze, told Trend special correspondent that the demand for coins is predicted to be too high.
Official opening ceremony of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) main export oil pipeline will be held in Ceyhan on 13 July.
