On June 23, Turkey and Azerbaijan signed a protocol On intentions on realization of a pilot project for the creation of a single system of registration of real estates in one of the regions of Azerbaijan, Arif Garashov, the head of the State Service for Registration of Real Estates, told,Trend reports. The document was signed between State Service of Azerbaijan and the similar service of Turkey.
The single system of registration will be realized in three forms paper form of registration of real estate, electronic form and cadastral map of land. Turkey will provide Azerbaijan with financial assistance for the implementation of the pilot project. At the moment, the region where the system will be realized is not clear.
According to Garashov, the selection will be held in regions where there is a relief of lowland and mountain for conducting the registration of all types of real estates. The regions of Agsu, Shemakhi and other regions are intended for the realization of the project.
The implementation of the project will be started right after the determination of region, and Azeri specialists who take measures under coordination of Turkish specialists will be preferred during the realization of the project, Garashov emphasized.
Besides, he didnt exclude the opportunity to hold such work in other regions of Azerbaijan. Relevant talks are already held with the World Bank for this purpose.
