Permanent parliamentary commission on social policy holds monitoring of Family Code

The working Group established by Milli Mejlis [Azeri parliament] holds monitoring of Family Code, Trend reports with reference to permanent parliamentary commission on social policy.

The specialists of social legislation department of parliament are represented in the working group. The monitoring of Family Code aims to reveal the emptiness in the law and clauses contrary to each other. If such cases are revealed, the document will be made additions and changes and presented to the fall session of parliament.

The working group is headed by the member of permanent parliamentary commission on social policy akram Abdullayev. Other commissions of parliament also intend to hold monitoring in several legislative acts.
