Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on 29 June to award the chief of the General Headquarters of the Turkish Armed Forces., Army General Hilmi Ozkok, Order of Fame, Trendreports.
The decree notes that Ozkek was awarded for his great contribution in the development of friendly relationships and strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and Turkey.
