A cynologic service will be created in the composition of the Azeri Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES), Trend reports.
Russian specialists will assist in the creation of this service for the rescue and research of people remaining snowy places.
Besides, it is planned to bring rescue technique to the country, as well as aviation technique for the prevention of fires and the liquidation of crashes happening in multy-floored buildings.
Besides, MES is preparing to realize a pilot project on clean-up of territories around Baku polluted with oil. The development of the industry and use of modern technology put necessity to create mobile divisions for the prevention of possible technical crashes.
