For upgrading the activity of the deputy corpus, there is a great demand for assistants and service cars, Aydin Mirzazade, the deputy chairman of the permanent security and defense commission of Azerbaijani parliament, told Trend.

He noted that there should be two assistants in the activity of the deputies. One of them should be in the district from where we have been elected. Through means of that person, we can establish close relations with the voters and held settle several problems existing in places. And the second assistant should be in the parliament building. This assistant should make contribution in finding juridical mechanism of our proposals on laws, participate in the documentation process and make contacts with the state bodies, he added.

Besides, Mirzazade touched on the issue of providing deputies with service cars. He said that it is an important question for the activity of deputies. Today, we have many deputies using public transport means. It doesnt impose a great problem. But participating in several events within one day and solving other questions makes it necessary to provide deputies with service cars, Mirzazade emphasized.

He voiced his hope that these questions will be settled. Today, the parliament building has been capitally repaired. The cabinets of deputies are at the level of the cabinets of European parliamentarians. At the same time, creating a good condition for the activity of deputies gives a ground to say that the question related to the assistant and car may be resolved, he added.
