Meeting of Azeri-Georgian Interstate Commission started in Batumi

On August 16, the third meeting of the Azerbaijani-Georgian interstate commission for economic cooperation started in Batumi. The meeting is held under the chair of the prime ministers of Georgia and Azerbaijan Zurab Nogaideli and Artur Rasizade.

As it was stated in the statement disseminated by the press and information department of Georgian Foreign Ministry, the Georgian deputy foreign minister Nikoloz Natbiladze also participates at the meeting that will last for two days.

Within the meeting, it is planned to define the priorities of the bilateral economical and humanitarian cooperation between the two countries, and discuss actual questions including improvement and upgrade of legal base agreement existing between the two countries.

Within the commission, a business-forum of the business people of the two countries will be organized, which will be attended to the prime ministers of Azerbaijan and Georgia.
