The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a congratulation letter to the president of Afghanistan Hamid Karzai, Trend reports.
The letter reflects congratulation on the occasion of the national holiday of Afghanistan Independence Day. I am sure that the historical friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Afghanistan will remain as a strong base for the cooperation, stated in the letter.
