During 2006, Azerbaijans revenue from the Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli Project is making a total of $3bn, including those from oil sales profit and other payments, said David Woodward, AzBU Manager. He said in 2005 income amounted to $825mln, from which $807mln was from profit of oil sales.
Mr Woodward said that during 2006 it is planned to produce a total of 30mln tons of oil, which is a record for the centennial oil production in the Country. BP personnel totaled 1,600 as of late 2005, AzBU Manager said.
In 2005 BP spent $25.45mln for social investments in Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey. Last year Р'Р Azerbaijan collaborated with 522 Azeri companies.
