Russia`s Economic Development and Trade Ministry and Azerbaijan`s Economic Development Ministry continue to come to an agreement on the date and the agenda of the visit of Russian Economic Development minister German Gref to Baku, the press-service of the Russian Economic Development Ministry told Trend.
According to a representative of the press-service, the visit is expected to be paid in October 2006.
Azerbaijan`s Economic Development confirmed the preparation for the visit of Mr. Gref to Azerbaijan. Earlier, it is proposed that the visit would be paid in September this year, but then, according to the preliminary information, the date of the forthcoming visit was postponed to the firsdt decade of October 2006.
The visit of Mr. Gref to Baku is expected on the invitation of Azerbaijan Economic development minister Heydar Babayev.
During the visit, perspectives of the further cooperation between the two offices will be discussed. It is not excluded that the signing of document will be held then, as the work on the level of experts is carried out now.
