In 2007 the officer of the city police units of Baku, Asheron, Sumgayit, Sheki and Ali Bayramly will be provided with the new uniforms, the Azerbaijani Interior Minister, Ramil Usubov, told journalists on 23 September.
The Minister noted that 6m manats has been allocated for fabrication of uniforms for police. In 2008 all officers of the Police in Azerbaijan will also be provided with new uniforms, he underscored.
