The appeals received by the Pardon Commission at the President of Azerbaijan are considered, the Head of the Social-Political Department of the Azerbaijani President's Apparat Ali Hasanov briefed the media, Trend reports.
According to Hasanov, after studying the appeals, the information will be submitted to the President. Later the order of the President will be prepared. But I cannot say exactly when the order will be ready, Hasanov said, adding that he has no information regarding pardon on the occasion of the Independence Day of Azerbaijan 18 October.
