The preliminary program of the Polish Senate Speaker Bogdan Borusevich's visit to Azerbaijan has been confirmed, Trend reports quoting the Polish Embassy in Azerbaijan.
The delegation, headed by the Polish Speaker, will arrive in Baku on the evening of 7 November. On November 8 a visit to the grave of ex-Azerbaijani President Heydar Aliyev and Martyr's Avenue is scheduled. Thereafter, a meeting will be held with the Chairman of the Azerbaijani Parliament, Oktay Asadov. Borusevich will then participate in the opening of the 1st Polish National Exhibition in Abu-Arena in the afternoon. The Polish Senate Speaker then plans to meet with the Azerbaijani Prime Minister, Artur Rasizade.
On November 9, Borusevich will visit the grave of the Polish Architect, hold a meeting at the Economic Development Ministry of Azerbaijan, open the Center of Polish Language & Culture at the Baku Slavic University and visit Sangachal Terminal. On November 10, the delegation will visit Heydar Aliyev Foundation and hold meetings with the Azerbaijani President, Ilham Aliyev and Foreign Minister, Elmar Mammadyarov.
