On 12 December Azerbaijani President, Ilham Aliyev, will pay tribute to the memorial of Ex-President Heydar Aliyev at the Cemetery of Honors. The President laid fresh wreaths at Heydar Aliyev's memorial and stand in memory of his monument, Trend reports.
Along with the President, all senior Government officials, Ministers, Ministerial employees, Chairmen of State Committees and MPs also visited the Heydar Aliyev's memorial site.
Throughout the morning Azerbaijani residents are also visiting the site to pay tribute to the Great Leader.
Today, 12 December sees the 3rd Anniversary of the death of Former Azerbaijani President Heydar Aliyev.
