Today, on December 29, Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev signed an order on conferring painters with honorary titles, Trend reports.
The document says that for the great services in the development of the Azerbaijani Fine Arts, seven painters were conferred with the Honourary Title People's Painter, twenty five with the Title Honored Painter, and four Honored Art Figure.
The President also signed a Decree to nominate a Presidential stipend to Nariman Bahram Ahmad oghli and Shamilov Chingiz Gasim oghli due to the sport development in the country.
By another Decree, Kamran Sultan oghli Imanov was appointed as the Head of the State History and Architect Department of Ichari-Shakhar under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Country.
