On January 19, the Executive Secretariat of the ruling New Azerbaijan Party (NAP), members of its Executive Board and Political Council, deputies of the Azerbaijan Parliament, representatives of State and Government, who are members of the NAP, thousand of activists of the Party, Baku City Department visited Martyrs Avenue. The members of the party laid flowers on the graves of martyrs, who have given their lives for independence of Azerbaijan, Trend reports quoting the Press-Service of the NAP. NAP was created in 1992 by the Chairman of High Assembly of Nakchivan Autonomous Republic, Heydar Aliyev. The present Chairman of the party is the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.
