Today, on January 24, Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on conferring the Rank of Lieutenant-General of the State Customs Service to Asgar Abdullayev, the Chairman of the State Customs Committee, Trend reports.
Some other employees and officers of the State Committee were conferred with the rank of Mayor-General.
By another order, the President of the Country awarded 26 employees and officers of the State Customs Committee with the medal For Distinguished Services in State Service for their services in the fulfillment of their service duties, as well as ensuring the economic interests and security of the country.
