The First Secretary of the Azerbaijan Embassy in Spain, Anar Maharramov, exclusively informed Trend that the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Spanish Foreign Minister, Miguel Angel Moratinos will make a visit to Azerbaijan in March-April 2007.
According to him, the Foreign Minister of Spain said it to the Azerbaijan Ambassador to Spain, Mammad Aliyev, during the meeting at the ceremonial reception organized on New Year for the heads of the diplomatic missions of the foreign countries in Madrid.
Moratinos said that the visit will take place within the tour to the countries of South Caucasus. The negotiations with the Azerbaijan side are planned to cover the questions such as settlement of the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, democracy and prospects of the bilateral co-operation.
