Azerbaijan and Morocco Expands Co-operation in Legal Sphere

Azerbaijan and Morocco will expand the co-operation in the legal sphere by signing four documents. The projects of the bilateral documents have been agreed during the visit of the delegation of the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan to Morocco. The Advisor of the Azerbaijan Embassy in Morocco, Anar Madetli, informed Trend that as a result of the negotiations of the Azerbaijan delegation, headed by the Chief of the Justice Ministry Department for International Co-operation, with Moroccan side on February 15, there were initially agreed projects of Agreements On extradition, On legal assistance in civil and commercial cases, On legal assistance in criminal cases and On co-operation between the Ministries of Azerbaijan and Morocco.

The meeting with the Secretary General of Justice Ministry of Morocco, M.Lididi, focused on the prospects of the two countries in this sphere. A Protocol was signed as a result of the meeting. The agreed documents are expected to be signed in Baku during the next visit of the expert group to Baku.
