Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend S.Agayeva / According to the order of the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, the Head of the Executive Power of Tovuz District has been replaced. The State Head of Azerbaijan signed an order dismissing Hamid Bagirov from the position of the Head of the Executive Power of Tovuz District. According to other order, Tofig Zeynalov was appointed to this position.
