Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr V. Mammadov / Lieutenant-General Josef Perens Holle, the director of the Hungary Museum and Institute of Military History, is in Azerbaijan on a3-day visit.
Holle have visited the cemetery in Khanlar, where the Hungarian soldiers taken prisoners during the World War II were buried.
A construction of a monument at the burial place of the Hungarian soldiers was discussed during the visit. Holle noted that there are the graves of the Azerbaijani soldiers in Hungary killed during the World War II. He proposed to build an analogue monument in Hungary for honour of the Azerbaijani soldiers.
Khanlar region of Azerbaijan is located 380km west from Baku.
