Azerbaijan, Baku/ Trend , corr. P. Amirdjanov/ Today, on April 26, Azerbaijan's President, Ilham Aliyev, has received Abdulaziz Othman Altwaijri, the Director General of the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO), Trend reports.
During their meeting, the both parties marked the successful development of relations between Azerbaijan and ISESCO.
Moreover, the Head of the Azerbaijani State awarded the ISESCO Director General with Azerbaijan's highest state award - the "Shohrat" ("Glory") Order, for his great services in the enhancement and development of relations between the Organization and Azerbaijan, as well as for his promoting the Azerbaijani culture worldwide.
