Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend I.Alizade / The meeting of the Azerbaijani Parliament on the 5th of June approved nine contracts and agreements envisaging co-operation between Azerbaijan and Tajikistan in various spheres.
The agreements cover the friendship and co-operation between Azerbaijan and Tajikistan, non-visa regime, support and mutual protection of investments, commercial and economic co-operation, customs co-operation, mutual assistance, co-operation with regards to standardization, metrology, certification and accreditation, co-operation on railway transport, international automobile and air relations. The chairmen of the Parliamentary commissions, Samad Seyidov , Ziyad Samadzde and Ali Huseynov, expressed their hope that the contracts will help to expand and develop bilateral co-operation.
