( Irna ) - A day-long meeting of foreign ministers of the Caspian Sea littoral states opened in Tehran on Wednesday.
Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki addressed the inaugural ceremony of the meeting, being held at Foreign Ministry Institute for Political and International Studies.
Foreign ministers of five littoral states of the Caspian Sea -- Iran, Azerbaijan, Russia, Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan -- are attending the meeting.
Participants in the meeting are to discuss the preparations for the Caspian Sea littoral states summit.
