Meeting of CIS Council of Emergency Ministries Opens in Baku

Azerbaijan, Baku / corr Trend E.Huseynli / The 21st meeting of the CIS Council of Emergency Ministries set up its work in Baku.

In his remarks to the event to end on 1 August Faig Tagizade, the Azerbaijani Deputy Emergency Minister, noted the development of bilateral and multilateral cooperation among CIS member-countries in an effort to prevent technogeneous catastrophe.

For instance, Azerbaijan and Ukraine carry out exchange of experience to ensure radiological security. Delegates from Armenia did not attend the gathering.
