Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend corr K. Ramazanova, E. Huseynli / Russian Emergency Situations Ministry has plans to hold manoeuvres in Dagestan at Azerbaijani border, a department head of the Emergency Situations Ministry, Yuri Vrajnikov, reported on 30 July.
The manoeuvres are scheduled to next year.
Vrajnikov noted that Russia was backing establishment of an aviation service at Azerbaijani Emergency Situations Ministry and the issue on supply of an airplane to Azerbaijani Ministry will be resolved by the end of the year.
"We have already agreed upon supply of two helicopters to Azerbaijan and the issue on supply of an airplane will be resolved by the end of the year," Vrajnikov said.
