Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend corr S. Ilhamgizi / The attitude of the Azerbaijan Democratic Party (ADP), the Azerbaijan Popular Front Party (APFP), and the Musavat party towards the Union for Democracy (UFD) will be reciprocal, the chairman of the Classic Popular Front Party (CPFP) represented in the UFD, Mirmahmud Miralioghlu, stated.

The UFD has recently criticized several opposition parties, blamed the ADP, the APFP, the Musavat and other parties, which call themselves the 'leading opposition', in slander. Furthermore, the statement of the union indicated that the aforementioned parties were independent from foreign patrons and served their own interests.

Miralioghlu noted that the union had no problems with those organizations. According to him, that is only a response to the statements of the functionaries of the parties regarding the UFD. "We have closed the issue. If we experience a good attitude from them, we will extend a helping hand. Otherwise, we will respond the same," Miralioghlu added.

The chairman of the CPFP mentioned that at the end of the statement the UFD called upon all parties to put aside their disagreements and to unite in the struggle for national interests. "The Union is expecting an unbiased position from the opposite side," he said.

The UFD was established by the CPFP, Azadlyg party, and the National Democratic Party.
