Azerbaijan, Baku / corr Trend K.Ramazanava / Atis Slakters, the Latvian Defense Minister, will visit Azerbaijan in October, Mikhail Popkovich, the ambassador of Latvia to Azerbaijan said.
"As Latvia has passed the entire process of integration to NATO, we have agreed upon the exchange of experience, organization of various training programs, particularly Azerbaijani divers, because Latvia has passed every integration process to NATO", the ambassador said. This issue will be discussed during the Latvian Defense Minister's visit to Azerbaijan.
