Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. S. Ilhamgizi / The second International Youth Festival 'Development' was being held with the organizational support of the Congress of Russian Azerbaijanis in Sochi, the State Committee on Work with Azerbaijanis Residing Abroad, reported to Trend Agency on 3 October.
Rustam Ibrahimbayov, the Vice President of the Congress opened the festival 'Educated youth is base for strong government'.
The relevant issues of discussion include the 'strategy of state youth policy', as well as innovation approaches to education by students of the CIS countries.
It is planned that there will be 'the Night of Azerbaijan' held on 3 October. The festival will be completed on 5 October. The resolution and appeals to the Presidents will be determined after the event.
