(hollyscoop.com ) - Last week actor Orlando Bloom got into a car accident that left his passenger with a fractured neck. Bloom initially tried to flee the scene but stuck around when a photog warned him of the consequences of a hit-and-run. Thanks to the paparazzi Bloom is now being investigated by the LAPD for possible hit-and-run charges. Gotta love the paps!
