К.Ramazanova / The education level of Azerbaijani elite youth exceeds the educational level of Russian youth, Irina Khakamada, the well-known Russian public figure, said during the press-conference in Baku on 16 November. "Azerbaijani, Ukrainian and Georgian youths have national ways of development," Khakamada said.
Touching upon the migration policy, Khakamada said that she support open policy. The birth rate problem in Russia can be solved through migration. "If there is corruption in Russian markets it is connected with market and power managers," she said. Khakamada added that Russians cannot trade and therefore, there will not be only Russian in Russian markets.
It was the third visit of Khakamada to Azerbaijan.
