К.Zarbaliyeva / The court trial on the lawsuit of Ramil Safarov, the officer of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, sentenced to life imprisonment by the decision of the Budapest Court, scheduled for 29 January, the former representative of Safarov's family in the Nasimi District Court of Baku, Ikram Shirinov, reported to the Trend agency.
By the decision of the Budapest Court from 17 November 2006 Safarov was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment due to insubordination to inspectors of the investigation cell. An appeal was submitted against such sentence.
