Azerbaijan, Baku, 7 February / Тrend corr S. Babayeva / Yesterday's incident at the Republican Psycho-neurological Hospital-1 located in the Baku's Mashtaga settlement was caused through a conflict amongst mental patients, the head physician of the Hospital Hasan Rasulov said on 7 February.
"A quarrel occurred amongst three of the patients in the hospital," he said.
According to the Baku Prosecutor's Office, on the night of 7 February from 3am to 7am a group of out-patients shattered the windows and broke the technical equipment of the Hospital as a protest against the electricity power cut.
The hospital employees informed the police who contained the riot.
No injuries were reported. "The situation in the hospital has been improved," the head physician said.
A criminal case has been filed at the Prosecutor's Office of Sabunchi district of Baku.
